"Evie"
Evie is my foundation bitch, she has also been a wonderful show girl in NZ winning;
Allbreeds Best in Show
Many Specialty Best in Show
Best of Breed - NZ National Dog Show 2006
Auckland Spaniel Club - Dog of the Year
In the whelping box, she has produced champions in 3 countries;
NZ Grand Champion Suedanka Dared to Dream
Australian BIS Ch Ashmere unforgettable
Canadian Ch Ashmere Yarra Do
Canadian Ch Ashmere Southern Star
Now retired to a live of luxury, she is spayed and has nothing left to prove, leaving the winning to her children.
Bred by Julie Burbidge - Ashmere Kennels, Evie has been the most amazing producer for Suedanka and Ashmere.
The following dogs were housed, campaigned and shown by Suedanka, but have now returned to Corsair Kennels, they are greatly missed.
Unfortunately none have been able to contribute to the future of Suedanka.

NZ Ch Corsair Wild Berry
Retired with over 50 CC's, and
Specialty RBIS win
Emily was my pride and Joy, a lovely, outgoing girl with such effortless movement and a constant desire to please, she was entrusted to me by Trevor and Beth Warman for 5 years.
She returned to Corsair August 2005.
Emily's Son;
NZ Ch Corsair Wild at Heart - "Ruben" dominated the Dog Challenge line up for 2 years retireing from the showr ring with with 40 CC's, and numerous Age in group wins, a winner from the baby class, he had his mothers desire to please and extravagant movement.
He returned to Corsair November 2005.
NZ Ch Corsair Glamour Boots

"Grace" a consistant CC and group winner, who was campaigned along side kennel mate Emily she was a gentle, soft temperamented young girl, who was very, glamourous.
She retired with over 50 CC awards.
She returned to Corsair in April 2005.
Grace's brother;
NZ Ch Corsair Give Me th Night A lovely boy, who partnered Emily & Grace in the ring until Ruben arrived, he was a consistant Age of group winner, and dominated the Dog Challenge line up with 60 CC awards in two years,
He returned to Corsair April 2004.
I believe that these four dogs dominated the North Island Breed ring from March 2001 to July 2005, when the winning was then picked up by my foundation girl Evie (above).
Introducing one of the most titled cockers;
Int/Hun/SU(u)/Fin/SK/A/VDH/VDH KLB/Den/Nord/Berlin Sieger 03/05/NZ Ch
Sheerclever Out of Reach at Macdolly (imp Denmark)
"AC' came to Suedanka after quarantining at 'Shado-Lans' and stayed for
5 months, in that time he gained his NZ show title, making number 13 titles for this international traveller.
He came from Sheerclever Kennel is Denmark, a true show man, he was always wagging his tail and bouncing around, a dog with a stunning head and expression, and a coat that was unfaultable.
While in NZ he was co-owned by Myself and Terri Davies - his owner in Australia, (Macdolly Kennels),
He left Suedanka the day after winning Reserve Best of Group at Tokoroa Kennel Assn (Judge C Ryan - qld)
AC flew to Christchurch for stud duties at Espaniel Kennels before continuing on to his final destination in Queensland at Macdolly Kennels.
While in NZ he sired a litter of puppies for Espaniel Kennels - black, golds and Black and Tans.
On his arrival in Australia AC picked up a lovely win at his first show, however approximately 10days after his arrival in Australia, he passed away.
Thankfully he has some frozen semen stored and he is able to live in his progeny.
The following cockers were shown by Suedanka but never quite finished their show title mostly due to my need to further my education;
Aswel Leather n Lace - Blue roan Bitch - retired 1 cc short of her title, incorporated some interesting lines from the south island, lacking a little in coat, but always a joy to own.

Omeo Gemma Galgani
Gold bitch, never quite competitive enough in the ring and always harboured a slightly unpredictable temperament, she was rehomed as an early junior.
